When we are busy in the kitchen, keeping our cooking simple is important. How many of us have the time to spend hours slaving over a hot stove? I like kitchen appliances that can do double duty for me. I can put multiple items on one thing and just pay attention to that one thing.

Your own choice should be dictated by how you intend to use your electric griddle. If you are just planning to make your basic food like pancakes, eggs, grilled cheese, then a basic simple model is perfect for you.

If you tend to cook for a crowd, either a big family or you entertain guests a lot, then you may want to choose one with a warming tray underneath, or one that has an extra large surface. My Own Favorites

    Our griddle is a part of our Christmas morning breakfast tradition (as well as throughout the year). I use it to make sausage, french toast and scrambled eggs Christmas morning. It is soooo much easier with the griddle than using a lot of skillets. I wouldn’t give my griddle up for anything!
