Automatic-Juicer-for-Power-The business of juicing is all about the great nutrition, but making it easier is all about these top juicers. Getting that power nutrition, without much effort is what juicers do for you, if you do it right. Here are the best juicers plus tips and suggestions for getting the most out of your juicing.

The Top Juicer on the Market: Breville Juice Fountain

Breville, a respected name in small kitchen appliances, has several models on the market for juicers. Without a doubt, my top choice is the compact juice fountain. Not only are we talking about good power with 700 watts, but we are also talking easy to clean. For me, that’s a huge feature. It takes about 3 minutes to make your glass of juice, you don’t want to spend 3 hours cleaning your juicer.

The Breville BJE200XL Compact Juice Fountain 700-Watt Juice Extractor is simple to assemble for use and simple to take apart for cleaning. In all honesty, mine gets used at least once a day, if not several times each day as my family preps their juices. This thing is a work horse, for sure. But, be prepared, it’s not the cheapest on the market. You get what you pay for in this case.

Black and Decker Juice Extractor

If budget is your big concern, the the Black and Decker Juice Extractor is for you. This is the cheapest on the market. If you can spend a little more time in preparing your fruits and vegies, then you will have some good juice from this machine.

The Black & Decker JE2200B 400-Watt Fruit and Vegetable Juice Extractor with Custom Juice Cup is a light-weight juicer designed for occasional juicing. It won’t stand up to every day or multiple day use. The motor is 400 watts, so you can’t put in whole fruits and vegetables. Cut them first in sections. If you don’t plan to use your juicer daily, then this one might be just right for you.

Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Juicer

For those of you looking for a mid-range juicer, this Hamilton Beach model is a good choice. Don’t consider it a power work horse, but instead consider it a good juicer that will work well for multiple times a week. It has one of the most powerful motors on the market with a 800-watt motor, so you can juice even some of the toughest fruits and vegetables.

Be warned though, the Hamilton Beach 67601 Big Mouth Juice Extractor has a weak extractor basket. This is the part that crushes and grinds the fruits and vegetables. You will be needing to replace it fairly regularly to get the most out of your juicing. Other than that, this is a good machine.

Getting the Most from Your Juice

There are several things you need to keep in mind when juicing for the best nutrition:

  • Use a variety of fruits and vegetables. Different fruits and vegetables offer us different nutrients so use a variety to get a better balanced nutrition.
  • Use the freshest fruits and vegetables you can get. The instant these are picked from their stem, they begin losing nutrients, so the fresher you can get them, the more of their nutrients you will get.
  • Drink your juice immediately. This is not a cocktail you can prepare hours ahead of time and sip on slowly. Again, the longer you wait to drink down your juice, the more nutrients you will loose. So drink your juice down first, clean your juicer second.
  • Play around with flavors. Different combinations of fruits and vegetables will create different flavors for you. So test out a few, see what you like best.

Most of all, enjoy your juicing. This is one of the highest ways to get concentrated nutrition so enjoy it.
